La pianiste japonaise Yoko Misumi devient rapidement une musicienne irrésistible sur la scène musicale de Londres. Née à Kyoto dans une famille musicale, elle a montré son talent et sa musicalité très jeune, et elle a été lauréate du Concours de piano à Kyoto agée de 14 ans. La pianiste russe Nina Sereda (élève du pianiste légendaire Heinrich Neuhaus) l’a emmenée à Londres, où elle s’est épanouie sous la tutelle de Martino Tirimo. Elle a récemment achevé une maîtrise à l’école des arts musicaux et dramatiques Guildhall de Londres, sous Caroline Palmer and Eugene Asti. The Russian pianist Nina Sereda (the pupil of the legendary pianist Heinrich Neuhaus) brought her to London where she has flourished under the guidance of Martino Tirimo. She recently completed her master’s degree in performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under Caroline Palmer and Eugene Asti. Yoko has appeared in major concert halls such as Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Kyoto Concert Hall, Kings Place, St.Martin-in-the-Fields, and St.John’s Smith Square. Her close collaboration with the cellist Stjepan Hauser and the violinist Lana Trotovsek in the Greenwich Trio has brought sensational success throughout Europe and USA.
